YOUTH TRACK & FIELDOrlando Athletic Club is a year round training and competition program where the goal is for long term athletic development for any kid between the ages of 8 - 17!
OAC focus's on fundamentals of the sprinting, jumping and hurdling. Among many other things we also use analytical tools to help athletes learn by seeing “what they do and why they do it” then address what we need to do to correct it. We also use sports related Biblical devotionals to help apply Christ teachings to the competition field and our daily life! |
