YOUTH TRACK & FIELDOrlando Athletic Club is one of a kind Christ-Centered youth track and field experience where the goal is for long term athletic development for any kid between the ages of 8-17!
OAC focus's on fundamentals of the sprinting, jumping and hurdling. Among many other things we also use analytical tools to help athletes learn by seeing “what they do and why they do it” then address what we need to do to correct it. We also use sports related Biblical devotionals to help apply Christ teachings to the competition field and our daily life! |

As his wife’s European Circuit Coach, he helped her win multiple USA National Championships, Olympic Trials Championships, and break American Records. During this time he learned and implemented training philosophies and systems from multiple World Record holding athletes and World Record holding coaches! Volunteer Elementary Assistant Coach
Jasmine Lowe Jasmine has not only run Varsity track and field for two years, but she also played Varsity volleyball for Faith and competed in Nationals on her travel volleyball team, all before entering high school. She shares the same coaching philosophy as her dad, which is to lovingly encourage young athletes to try new things and have fun while doing it! During her years of traveling with her parents to professional track meets, she’s seen her mom win world championships while her dad coached from the sideline. These experiences have given her a solid understanding of the sport, and she shares that with a new generation athletes learning the sport of track and field. |
